It has a perfumed, marine tinged bouquet, the lifted cassis fruit tinged with seaweed. The palate is medium bodied with silky tannin, very well judged acidity and very harmonious. It is not a Carillon of enormous depth and therefore, it will drink 2 3 years after bottling, but it does have class and would probably show up many other Saint Emilion
