There's a little folklore behind the name "Foxglove" one folk story tells that foxes slipped the blooms over their paws to silence their steps while hunting. Others called it witch's glove, a nod to the poison quietly hiding behind something so lovely. And then there's the fairy theory: that "folk," not "fox," was always the root, and that this tall, wild, bell shaped
