This peated Speyside single malt was distilled in 2009 and matured in a single port pipe for 11 years before being bottled in 2020 at a robust cask strength of 60. 8% abv. Theres a lovely rich smoke here with great sweetness from its time in the port pipe. Aromas of honeyed fruit syrup and smoked strawberry panna cotta are complemented by a palate of wild berry, spiced orange and chocolate velvet cake
