and it seems a perfect one for hanging in the studio

I believe it dates to the second half of the 19th century I have found a c. 1880 British sterling vesta with matching enameled king that feels very akin to it, and indeed that seems right for the (no indice) King card pictured. Blue transfer, with the rest of the color appearing hand painted, and with gold striping around the sides, corresponding to
