Antique Booted Leg Threaded Finial or Pull (Doubles as a Pipe Tamper!) wounded animal --and really like the printedAt first I thought this was a pipe tamper, but there is a threaded opening at the thigh end, so I am pretty certain it was made as a finial or perhaps even a cabinet pull. (With a little searching, I find 19th c. cane handles in a very similar form and manner.) Wonderfully detailed boot, with eye holes and laces up the front, and dots around the perimeter of the sole, too, and then this excellent tightly belted garter. No mark that I can see, mixed
