The color is a nice warm caramel and the box is in great shape

I believe this box dates to the late 19th or very early 20th century

and with a really nice warm patina

with just a couple of loose/broken pieces of grass at the very outside edge

I especially the yellow borders and how each card features a mini version of itself in the far corners
