Islander #2 Fly Reel 6' The foot appears to have

The foot appears to have been very neatly shaped on both ends

The tube is black crackle paint with a gold anodized aluminum collar and top and is stamped with the Kusse die stamp

this larger size of thread was commonly used by European rodmakers such as Hardy and Pezon et Michel

There are a few small dents in the reel seat (shown in pictures)

Near mint condition with a line loaded on it and a line sticker on the underside of the reel foot but the reel appears unused. Black anodized throughout. Serial #991 stamped in the frame near the reel foot. Designed to hold a WF8 and 100 yards of backing. Adjustable disc drag. The reel packs into the original blue neoprene reel bag.
