Thats some good value already, but a lot of the other notable cards are Commander staples like Skullclamp, Nature's Lore, Professional Face-Breaker, and Lightning Greaves
I have no idea why they went for creatures wearing hats specifically, but Id like to believe that Wizards just wants to stir a fuss and get players to fight over whether or not soldier helmets count as hats

All too often, get rid of the Reserved List! becomes a proxy argument for Magic is too expensive and I want to be able to be able to play it for a much cheaper cost! Im super amenable to that argument, and I think that its worth having, but its an entirely different discussion
