While its not as rare as some other cards in the White section of the list, it is probably the most useful to the most decks

I dont think either deck has anything as essential in it as the bounce package from Rise of the Floodborns starter deck, but the Amber/Emerald deck has a nice pile of cards that I think will see play

Conversely, a more defensive or slow-paced deck might need more Energy to ensure you can always power up your Pokemon
