I think this one will hold its price fairly well, especially if it makes it into a tier one or two deck, which is quite likely for a land that can trivially make 2 mana

Same thing for Serrated Arrows, which was printed as a one of "Common" in a Duel Deck, but was a rare (a TSB purple super-Rare, even) when drafted online in Time Spiral

These lands are basically only playable in your non cEDH Commander deck

Pack your mass pumps and be sure you spit some squirrels onto the battlefield early with cards like Scurry of Squirrels, Chatterstorm, Chatter of the Squirrel, and even Frog-Squirrels

Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor It was difficult for me to choose between Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor and Alela, Cunning Conqueror, but I think card draw is more consistently helpful than goading even if it cant ever reach the same heights
