Your biggest rival will be Cogsworth, Grandfather Clock from Rise of the Floodborn, as his ability to give all other opposing characters +1 Resist will completely turn off your Sheriff as his reduced damage wont get through the Resist and Cogsworths Ward ability means you cant target him either
War Room is a great addition to any mono-color (or colorless) Commander deck, since it allows you to pay three mana and one life to draw a card , plus it produces colorless mana without coming into play tapped
This card, Wish, would benefit decks that rely heavily on sideboard cards to answer specific threats or situations, such as combo decks or control decks with powerful silver bullets in the sideboard
It had a similar issue to Up the Beanstalk where cantripping on ETB made it safe to play in most scenarios, and this one even spotted you extra power and toughness the turn you played it
