Shinobi cant fully whiff like Ink-Eyes, and it generates a lot of value but without evasion or the ability to protect itself, value alone cant break this into Constructed playability
The first, and I think the best option, is to simply take your opponents by surprise and give them as little opportunity to respond to your threat as possible
Dead of Winter Normally, a card that asks you to build around it wouldn't place well on a list like this, but Dead of Winter's deckbuilding requirement is fairly low and it pays off pretty well
You might get a bunch of powerful creatures which can attack your opponent, but playing those creatures requires skill and strategy to establish the correct amount of playable mana
Getting an Ensnaring Bridge blown up usually means you die on the spot, which makes having a way to copy it with the removal on the stack is a huge, huge deal
