This matches the cards overall play rate, which, while still incredibly impressive for a Standard uncommon, has waned a bit
While not the easiest decks to pilot, thanks to their mana values, with just a little effort, you can make a nasty air force that your opponent will be hard-pressed to deal with
There also seems to be some consistent limitations to the cards it appears on: either you dont have full control over when you can trigger proliferate, or the way you trigger it leaves you behind on board relative to the mana spent
This and Friendly Neighborhood are both going to find homes in my Ellyn Harbreeze, Busybody deck I built a while back
Exert on Glory-Bound Initiate and other cheap creatures means small fries that stuck around or get played later can "get bigger" for a turn, keeping the pressure up when otherwise any attack is terrible
