Like I mentioned above, this card does have a good HP and two moves that have potential to do major damage, but with a high retreat cost, and both moves not guaranteed to do major damage, I would pass on this line altogether

If so it should sit at the top of this list however it is an incredibly tough card to evaluate so I will need to do some significant testing before I insert the Promised End into this list
