I have gotten away with a 4/3 split on basics in a two colour deck and not been punished when trying to milk this for some late game value but I wouldn't want to go lower

This card would be beneficial in a Tearlaments archetype deck that focuses on graveyard manipulation and special summoning strategies

Tolls is an Orzhov two-drop enchantment that also arrives with a Clue and then turns sacs on my turn into a 1/1 Ally

Its a relatively low-impact creature in Commander, but any recursive creature that can come back from the graveyard is worth looking at
