It's like a three-mana Conjurer's Closet on legs, that turns into a face-destroying level of size quickly if you aren't paying attention

They're used to play Limited formats, like Booster Drafts, as well as to build a collection of cards for use in Constructed formats, like Standard

Once this card is in the graveyard, you can trigger its effect by casting a creature that costs 7 or more mana, which is quite convenient

Between the two Commanders, Tidus will work better in a counter-themed deck
