Whenever you use a permanent's ability - or attack with it if it's a creature - you sacrifice it when the action is completed
This does still require a lot of setups, which is why it doesnt rank higher than this, but I can see a lot of decks wanting this card and also finding it very rewarding to build around it as the commander

Commander players put in a boatload of creatures with activated abilities and static abilities or even just good ETBs, and this allows you to nuke everyone *elses* graveyard while getting some amount of value for yourself
Whichever player manages to defeat six of their opponents Pokmon, or force their opponent to not have an active Pokmon or any left on their bench, is named the winner
