This has one of the better sagas Ive seen from the Phyrexians, and while I dont think itll live up to the previous Sheoldred, this is still a great card

they operate like Saga cards but are treated like creature cards in battle

Its intended gameplan is a bit too complex for newbies who might be better off looking at simpler starters

On top of that, being on the draw against an opposing Robber of the Rich is somewhat bad as it's almost guaranteed that itll steal a card from you, and god forbid they take your one-of win condition

Protection from red and black means that Sanctifier dodges most common removal, and its a sturdy blocker against Ragavan decks

Ive been careful to highlight the potential of temporary recursion, but when the effects are both reusable, the opportunity to build up a lasting board through this card alone is hard to ignore
