A 2/2 wolf is nice, fair and something you can put to good use in deck design, it is just a shame it is paired with something so annoying
I suspect Kindred Dominance is most likely to show up in Vampire Tribal decks, but Zombie decks might also find success with it as well
The deck certainly looks absurd in SaffronOlive's video, below: You won't face any MTG Arena decks running Soul Spike just yet, as it's not yet part of the platform, but everything from Modern Horizons 3 will be legal in Timeless and Historic
Many token strategies prefer to use a token decks sheer numbers as fuel for powerful card effects to either to kill opponents outright, bleed them out as they try to preemptively deal with the growing swarm, or as cogs in a combo engine
I can see at least RG dragon decks wanting this card since it ramps and works with the plethora of red dragons available
