Ceritas: Carex Chardonnay 2022 Zalto is an IGT (Indicazione GeograficaPure Chardonnay from sandstone soils. The vineyard faces east and is hand harvested. Fully malolactic fermentation in 7 12 year old barrels. Then aged on the lees in barrel for 12 months. Before bottling, rested again for 3 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
