Tuffo Vouvray Sec AOP 2023 75cl Grenache Blanc full of juicy cherriesThis is Damien's flagship Chenin Blanc and showcases him at his best: this wine has a very expressive and complex bouquet. On the palate, you'll discover a harmonious blend of white peach, lemon, pear, and crisp apple, all culminating in a graceful, lingering honey finish. The grapes come from vineyards with the famous tuff (limestone) soil, which has a reputation for producing the finest Chenin Blanc. Fermentation was slow with native yeasts. The
