PARQUET COURTS - Sunbathing Animal LP stoner but betterAt first the album does feel a lot like traditional indie rock, but rather quickly the whole album opened up a bit more, making it quite clear it's not just the typical somewhat noisy indie rock you're used to. The attitude gets rather punky in some of the tracks, both for the sound and attitude, whereas some tracks are more high energy noisy garage rock.
