This is the pre-1932 8-pin frame with a probable manufacture date of the mid-to-late 1920's

The reel seat spacer is a lovely burl walnut with cap and ring hardware

All rod shafts are coated with flawless spar varnish

This is one of the recent reproductions of these beauties by the House of Hardy

Aroner 7'6" 3/2 #5 Hunt Pattern 10 Weight This is the pre-1932 8-pinFresh in on consignment is this 7'6" #5 3pc. 2 tip Hunt Pattern in excellent used condition. There are some minor chips and brassing to the swiss ferrules and butt cap and ring. The spar varnish finish is as good as the day it left my shop. Wraps are May Rose with orange edges over medium brown cane. The reel seat is dark stained birdseye maple with a cap and ring. The grip shows normal soiling from use. Ferrule plugs are my brass and cork
